RENT PAYMENTS Ray White Toowong uses StrataPay rent payment system. This system affords maximum flexibility, incorporating several way that you can pay your rent. These include dirct debit, B-pay, Post bill pay, internet transer, phone transfer etc. You can even pay your rent with a credit card, so you can get those valuable reward points! The system works very efficiently, securely and is cost effective for tenants to use.

INSURANCE We advise all tenants to insure their own personal belongings against any loss, damage or theft. The Owner of the property's building and content insurance policies do not cover a tenants personal belongings.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS As part of our service to our Owners, we conduct an inspection of the property every 3-4 months. Our Property Inspection Manager conducts the inspections. He/She will advise you in writing of the date and approximate time of the planned inspection (at least 7-14 days beforehand).
ELECTRICITY, GAS AND PHONE Fast Connect offers a service, via Ray White Toowong, that helps take a few of the hassles out of moving. By completing a Fast Connect form, the service can arrange connection and disconnection, if applicable, of the required utility services. The service is free to use and does not involve any contracts. You will still have to pay any bonds and connection fees, but there is no additional charge for Fast Connect's service. The providers for electricity are Energex/Ergon, Gas- all Queesland providers and phone- Telstra or Optus. You can generally be connected the same day or the day after the form is completed correctly and the details confirmed. This service is convenient and hassle free as you can connect all your services with one form- no waiting on hold!

VACATING THE PROPERTY If you intend to vacate the property on the date listed on your Tenancy Agreement or after the expiry date:
Download and complete both of the following forms and ensure Ray White Toowong receive them at least two weeks before the date you intend to leave. Refer to our moving checklist.
RTA Form 13- Notice of Intention to Leave Information Update Form- for Vacating Tenants
If you are breaking the Tenancy Agreement before the expiry date: Contact your Property Manager who will arrange the appropriate forms and information for you.
If you need to make changes to a Shared Tenancy Agreement: At least one of the original tenants of the Tenancy Agreement must be remaining. Download and complete both of the following forms and forward to Ray White Toowong BEFORE the change occurs.
